The Deep End

The Deep End embraces the beauty in being different! In 2019 before JP took the leap of faith in launching JPtheJEWELER, he shared his vision of being a virtual custom jeweler to his family along with a few colleagues in the jewelry industry. While a majority of the feedback was positive… someone said “JP, you’ve gone off the deep end!” 

While it hurt to hear that at first… it got JP thinking… is going off the deep end such a bad thing? JP views “the deep end” as a place full of fear and danger, while containing key ingredients to creativity. If everyone lived in the shallows, there would be no new ideas or growth! 

The Deep End starts with 3 blue cultured diamonds representing mind, body and spirit. The color of these stones represent a drop off in the ocean where the water turns from light to deep blue. The scallop-set colorless diamonds along inverted swoops are designed to resemble shark fins, symbolizing the fears associated with outside thinking. However, the mirrored shark-fin design also forms a perfect silhouette of the lobes of a heart to represent the passion and strength in being different. 

The Deep End creation is handcrafted by JP, using 100% recycled 14 karat gold (in your choice of white, yellow or rose) and contains round cultured diamonds totaling in approximately 0.40cts of VS clarity and deep blue color and round ideal-cut cultured diamonds totaling in approximately 0.30cts of VS clarity and E/F color.
